Sales and Seasons go together like Football on Sunday!

Seasons are changing, so wardrobes will be changing too. Store shelves and isle displays will be following up with their seasonal decor. This is the season stores hire extra employees, and increase inventories for the Christmas layaways, and the Black Friday rushes. Summer clearance, Fall discounts, Winter sales! It's a good thing to keep up with the sales. If you're on a budget, and we all should be, a couponer, or come from a big family; then thinking "savings" is nothing new.
Denim, lingerie, and garden, or patio furniture goes on clearance this month. Great time to stock up on jeans for the kids one size larger, anniversary or shower gifts, naughty/ or secret santa items. Party supplies for those bbq seasons can be put up until next year, father's day, and birthday gifts can be stored away for that special someone.

What to Buy When Every Month of the Year

o my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
What’s going on sale this month? What items should I buy now, and what should
I put off purchasing for a while? How do I know what to buy when?
Answering those questions means I need to fill you in on Seasonal Sales Cycles. If you
have been coupling for a while, you have already noticed that particular items seem
to be a better deal at certain times of the year. This is because retailers are competing
for your dollars. They know what potential customers are looking for throughout the
year, and in order to woo you into their place of business, they will offer you the best
deals on your greatest needs. It is important to know what to buy when, so that you
can save even more money.

What is a Sales Cycle?

The rotation of featured sale prices is called a sales cycle, and knowing how it works
will help you with your budgeting and planning. Discounted prices go hand in hand
with what retailers consider to be people’s greatest needs during different times of
the year. When you know what to buy when, you have a definite advantage in your
purchasing power. Below you’ll find links to the posts for each month’s sales cycle,
letting you know what’s on sale so you can plan accordingly. Remember, you never
want to pay full price for anything!

  1. WOW! This information is so valuable. I have always longed to shop the sales but never knew when the items that I was interested in were going on sale! I hate paying retail price for anything because I usually find it weeks later for a discounted price, then the price just drops lower and lower. Last year, my mom purchased jackets and shoes 2 sizes bigger for my daughter and this year she fits right into them!! I hope that I am able to schedule my shopping/savings techniques around the super sales.. Thanks again for the information.
